What are participant hours?“Participant hours" refer to the total number of hours spent by all participants in a lesson. It is calculated by multiplying the number of participants by the duration of the lesson. Examples: A 30-min lesson with 5 participants = 2.5 participant hours. A 1-hour lesson with 10 participants = 10 participant hours.

Does a teacher count as a participant?Yes, teachers are also counted as participants for cobrowser usage, as our third-party provider bills per participant. However, for lesson hours, Funclass only starts billing participant hours when there are at least two participants in the classroom.

What if I used up the allowance in the plan?If you use up your allocated lesson hours, cobrowser hours, or recording and storage for the month, you can easily top them up. Our top-ups are one-time purchases that roll over, so any additional allocation you buy will not expire! Our top-up options are as below.

Will the top-up be rolled over?Yes, the top-up will be rolled over until you use up them.

How can I check my usage?You can review your usage in the "Plan & Usage" section of your account settings on the teacher portal. If needed, you can also top up your allowances there. We recommend checking your usage during your free trial to make sure you've chosen the Funclass plan that best fits your needs! See a screenshot below:
